About Rill Recovery

A small nonprofit that answers the phone.

Rill Recovery is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States. We run a free helpline for people struggling with addiction and for their families.

Addiction is isolating, and the moment someone decides to reach out is fragile. In that moment most people don't need a sales pitch or a directory — they need somebody to pick up, listen without flinching, and help them understand what the next step could be. That is what this line is for.

How we work

The line is staffed by volunteers. Everything we offer through it is free: the call itself, the conversation with a specialist, the online program, the talks, the groups, and support for families.

We lay out a range of options, including free and public ones, and we say plainly that the choice belongs to the person. We never name a single facility as the answer.

What we will not do

If you ever feel that someone representing this line has done any of the above, please tell us at mail@rillrecovery.com.

Privacy

What you tell us stays between you and the fund. You may contact us anonymously. Calls are recorded for quality, and you are told so at the start of every call, before you say anything.
