Radio program

A weekly educational broadcast about addiction and recovery — how the illness works, with listeners' questions answered on air.

Psychologist-led group

Every two weeks, online via Telegram. Led by a psychologist; people in recovery, their families, and the fund's volunteers take part.

Lectures

Topics: what addiction is, codependency in the family, relapse and how to prevent it, and how to support recovery.

Community

The fund's private Telegram channel: announcements, lecture recordings, and support between meetings.

Call or text the helpline at (929) 350-4444 and say you would like to join the group or the channel.

Someone from the team will get back to you, say hello, and add you to the private channel.

The channel has the schedule of upcoming broadcasts and group meetings. Participation is free; cameras are optional.

The channel is private — random people do not get in. You may take part under any name you like.
