What this service is
The Rill Recovery helpline is an informational support service operated by Rill Recovery Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. It is not a medical service, not an emergency service, and not a substitute for professional care.
In an emergency call 911. For a suicide or mental health crisis, call or text 988.
What we do not do
- We do not diagnose conditions or give medical advice.
- We do not place people into treatment facilities.
- We do not verify insurance coverage.
- We receive no compensation from any provider for referring people to them.
- We do not guarantee any particular outcome.
Messaging terms
You may send text messages to (929) 350-4444.
- Program name. Rill Recovery Inc helpline.
- How it starts. Messaging is conversational: it begins when you send a message to our number. We do not add anyone to a messaging list and we do not send marketing messages.
- What we send. Replies related to your request for support, and information about free resources you have asked for.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We charge nothing.
- Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- Help. Reply HELP, or contact us at mail@rillrecovery.com or (929) 350-4444.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy is covered by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Recording
Calls to the helpline are recorded for quality. You are told this at the start of every call, before you speak. If you do not want to be recorded, please end the call and contact us by email instead.
